List your top 3 issues and what you would do regarding each issue.
Lowering the Debt: Keep a close eye on all expenditures and stabilize taxes.
No Constable: Never allow this ill-advised thinking to occur.
No Rubber Stamping Contracts: The water/sewer contract was rubber stamped for many years. The W/S team saved the township well over $150,000 this year, just by implementing intelligent business sense. .
COAH: The Taxpayers of Allamuchy Township currently are incurring a debt of $208,000 a years in this ridiculous predicament. The township owns 22 units (13 COAH and 9 fair market units).
What to do? Since the COAH units are deed restricted, possible we could sell them to an investor. The town would maintain its COAH obligation.

What else should we know?
Allamuchy is suffering from the motto.³This is the way we¹ve always done it, This is the way we are going to continue to do it.²
I will go out to bid for certain professionals and see if the township can realize a savings.
