ORDINANCE # 2026-04 - ORDINANCE OF THE ALLAMUCHY TOWNSHIP MAYOR AND COUNCIL AMENDING CHAPTER 72 (AFFORDABLE HOUSING) TO ADDRESS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACT AND THE UNIFORM HOUSING AFFORDABILITY CONTROLS (UHAC) AND TO COMPLY WITH THE TOWNSHIP’S ROUND FOUR AFFORDABLE HOUSING OBLIGATION.
