Allamuchy Seniors Club (O.W.L.S.)
The Senior Citizens Club of Allamuchy Township was established on October 19, 2000. We meet on the second Friday of every month at 10:00 am, with the exception of July and December when we hold our annual picnic and annual luncheon, respectively. Meetings are generally held at Hafner Hall (284 Alphano Road), except for February and June, which are held in Rutherfurd Hall (1686 County Road 517) to accommodate the Allamuchy School students. (See the meeting schedule under "Documents" to the right.)
Mission
The mission of the Allamuchy Senior Citizens Club is to promote healthy aging, independence, and the well-being of older adults through health, wellness, educational, cultural, and recreational programs and services. We are the focal point for providing all of our seniors with the information and education necessary to ensure their health, safety, and security.
Vision
Today's active older adults are redefining quality of life and healthy aging. The Allamuchy Senior Citizens Club will continue to be the focal point for area older adults who depend on us to support their independence, provide them with a sense of purpose, and provide the opportunity for seniors to help seniors.
