Special Municipal Services District (SMSD)

The Special Municipal Services District (SMSD) was established within Allamuchy Township to provide certain municipal services to property owners with the Panther Valley Property Owners Association (PVPOA). Services include (see the ordinance for additional details):

• Maintenance, repair of certain PVPOA roads
• Removal of ice and snow clearing on such roads and common area sidewalks
• Streetlighting on such roads and properties
• Street sweeping of such roads
• Collection of leaves and recyclable materials and the collection or disposal of solid waste
• Fire hydrant fees
• Maintenance and repair of certain detention and/or retention basis and storm drainage structures
• A contingency reserve for snowplowing
